Mental Health - referrals from Corrections

I write in response to your Official Information Act request, dated 14 June 2018. You requested the following information:

• How many referrals from the Department of Corrections to your DHBs crisis assessment

team, or other mental health services have you received during the past five years?

• How many of these referrals have resulted in admission to DHB care.

I would like this information broken down by calendar year, and whether it could be categorised as a crisis referral or other.
