Hospital Level Admissions During Delta

Under the Official Information Act, please provide information, including but not limited to emails, applications, reports, meeting minutes, memos, data, audiovisual materials and correspondence to/from the Counties Manukau DHB detailing:

• Figures showing the number of Covid-19 admissions at hospital level during the Delta outbreak in the DHB region to include Middlemore Hospital, and any other DHB facility used for Covid admissions.
• Figures showing admissions by ward type at hospital level; by ICU, general ward, or other ward types, such as paediatric.
• Please provide figures from the start of the Delta outbreak in August 2021 to Monday, December 13.
