For the financial years ending 30 June 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018:
1)The total amounts paid by the DHB on facility-based care:
a.At a rest-home level of need.
b.At a hospital level of need.
c.At a dementia/secure unit level of need.
2)The total amounts paid by the DHB on home-based care for people aged over 65 years old.
3)The average number of people being supported in full or in part by the DHB in facility-based care:
a.At a rest-home level of need.
b.At a hospital level of need.
c.At a dementia/ secure unit level of need.
4)The average number of people being supported in full or in part by the DHB with home-based care for people aged over 65 years old.
