Ko Awatea Centre features 23 fully air-conditioned function and breakout rooms plus three large lecture theatres and one computer lab. The Ko Awatea Centre is a modern environment with modern capabilities to match. The Centre Management Office, providing service and support to the Centre and its users.

Opening Hours

Ko Awatea Centre is open Monday – Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm.

All users must vacate the centre by 5:30pm.

What else do we offer?

Social Areas

You can eat, drink and use the Wi-Fi in our social areas.

Wi-Fi and PCs

The technologies that we have in the Ko Awatea Centre can be used to fit a variety of applications and situations. We also have a computer lab that can be booked out in advance, or we have communal computers located in the common area of the Centre.

You can connect to the Ko Awatea Wi-Fi with most Wi-Fi enabled devices. The Ko Awatea Wi-Fi network allows access to the internet and required resources to assist with learning activities. Connecting your wireless device will require the username and the password of the day, which can be requested via the Centre Management Office.

Catering

Our on-site catering services are currently under review. There are several catering companies that we can recommend for your event.
