Measles is more than just a rash – it’s a dangerous virus that can spread quickly and leave you or your whaanau quite unwell.
Measles cases have been reported in our rohe so it is important to make sure you and your whaanau are protected by:
- Finding out if you have had the MMR vaccine.
Your Well Child book, Plunket, or GP will know if you have and if you haven’t you can still get the MMR vaccine for you and your whaanau.
- Staying alert for symptoms.
