We are a team of Specialist Nurses who work with babies, children, young people and their families with special health needs. We work within the Counties Manukau region and visit you in your own home.
We work closely with the hospital, your family doctor and anyone else helping you care for your baby, child or young person.
We are also assisted by paediatric Dietitians delivering nursing and dietary interventions for babies and children who are medically fragile, have a chronic illness or disability or who require post-discharge follow-up for 72 hours.
More information is available in our Service Brochure (please note this is also available in the following languages: Maori, Samoan, Tongan, Hindi and Chinese).
